Programming and Publication of the Schedule

Once confirmations are received, the Education Coordinators will use the application availability and workshops selected to create the schedule for the weekend. Great care is put into creating a schedule that:

● Assigns workshops to rooms that are appropriate in terms of location and equipment;
● Avoids programming similar workshops in the same time slots; and
● Respects the availability of the presenters.

This scheduling process will begin in December. Presenters will be notified of their time slots and the schedule will be posted on the website. Once the schedule is posted, it is difficult to change the time and days except under very serious scheduling conflicts. Be sure to book your travel or plan your drive so you arrive on time. Other changes will be considered on a case-by-case basis but your workshop may be dropped if the time conflict cannot be resolved.
