Bootblack KL oozes passion for her craft. With 6+ experience privately bootblacking, she didn’t see a stand until 2014 at a mixed leather event. Since then she has established herself as a community minded and engaging person; an educator of bootblack culture in both the Melbourne and wider Australian communities. Bootblack KL has been described as a loyal and committed community member who takes pride in her work. With the motto of Bootblack +
she is about the diversity of “us”. She is a mother, a daughter, a lover, an educator, a writer, a publisher and a bootblack.
Brynn is a bisexual, Femme, bootblack, submissive, Handler, and Femme Daddy. When she’s not awkwardly flirting into her next scene, beating her boi, or playing with her puppies, she can be found at the feet of her community members, bootblacking that is. Brynn serves as a board member for the Seattle girls of Leather, a member of the Seattle Pups and Handlers, and as the 2016
Washington State Bootblack. She has a weakness for well executed anticipatory service on both sides of the slash. Although she identifies as a Femme Daddy, she is also a girl at heart.
Red entered the BDSM community in 2013 after many years of privately enjoying kink. She holds the title of San Diego Bootblack 2017. She identifies as a polyamorous, pansexual, submissive, femme bootblack and has been owned and collared since 2015. Red is currently pursuing a career in sex education and is an advocate for comprehensive, factually accurate sex education for people of all ages and the destigmatization of risk-aware consensual sexual
activity. Red is an active member of the San Diego girls of Leather and is the current Vice President of the Southland Title Sisters.
Teagan fell in love with bootblacking at a young age, doing her shoes before church. Although these days her skills are often being put to more salacious uses, down deep she still identifies as a spiritual bootblack. For her, bootblacking harkens back to the foot-washing ritual. She enjoys providing a humble service to her community. Teagan is Southern California Bootblack 2016 and Southwest Bootblack 2017. During her title year as Southwest Bootblack she invited our community to “Take Refuge” in the capable hands of our bootblacks.
Vivian is a fierce Glitter Femme who believes that the labels we claim are both armor and integral parts of our beings. As a Bootblack, Leather Barbie, and Womanist, she challenges preconceived notions about Femmes and leather by living it as authentically and unapologetically as possible, adhering to values that are crucial to her: service, commitment to growth, bridging generational and gender gaps, and intersectional feminism. The founding member of SF Bay Area Bootlab, she calls California her birth place, though she now calls Chicago her home
