What's the refund policy?
If you are requesting a refund for any other reason, please remember that all refunds must be requested via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be made at 100% upon cancellation of registration, and written request, if made prior to December 31, 2017. Refunds will be made at 50% upon cancellation of registration, and written request, if made between January 1, 2018 and February 15, 2018. No refunds will be given after February 15, 2018. If you have opted for the payment plan, please note that no refunds will be issued unless all payments have been processed, any partial payments will not be refunded, and the monies already paid will be forfeited. Please also note that transfer of registration is not permitted.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Transfer of registration is not permitted.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Please confirm that your legal name appears correctly on your registration. It MUST match your legal ID to complete the on-site portion of the registration process. If for whatever reason it is not possible for your legal ID to match your registered name, please contact email@example.com no later than April 1, 2018.
